AZTEC’s sister company, Shaffer Sports and Events has built a spotless reputation for over more than 90 years in the temporary structures industry. Whether it is 200 or 20,000 people attending your event, we can provide the temporary structures you need, and provide guidance and full service from conception to installation to event breakdown. Over 75 percent of our inventory is less than five years old, and includes more two-story clearspan and hospitality structures than any other company in the world.

Elegant enough for a prestigious golf tournament and durable enough for long-term industrial storage, clearspan tents can be erected in hours and dismantled just as rapidly with minimal disturbance to the site. Their versatile modular design allows for add-on configurations in different shapes and sizes that can make the structure itself a showstopper. They can be erected on a variety of surfaces from grass to asphalt and may be anchored with weights where staking is problematic. They are available in large, medium and small sizes. Do you require a special tenting need? For times when a regular tent won’t fit your event, AZTEC can help. We have our own in house manufacturing staff to design and build custom structures to suit your needs. Where space is tight, double-decker clearspans can double your square footage without affecting the structure’s footprint. With a choice of interior or exterior staircases, optional first floor extensions and unlimited second floor configurations, the double-decker adds an interesting dimension to your event. Double-deckers are available in 10 (33ft), 15 (50ft), 20m (66ft) and 25m (82ft) sizes. Please contact an AZTEC representative for more information.
Frame tents have a lightweight tubular frame suitable for shorter-term use. They can be built and dismantled faster and with less manpower than the larger clearspans. They range in sizes from 2m prep tents and 3m x 3m pop-up tents to larger format structures with 3m, 3.5m, 4.5m, 6m, 9m and 12m wide gables that can be built to the desired length in 3m increments. To add visual interest to your event, we have a selection of peak and marquee style irregular tents. Peaked roof sections are also available for rectangular clearspans. Marquee tents are a mix of the pole tent and the frame tent. They are designed to give you the unique look of a high pitch pole tent with the installation benefits of a frame tent. The pole tent is a very tall and elegant big top style tent that is similar to a circus tent. It is a wonderful tent to select for festivals or large event venues where there is a large outdoor entertaining space. EZ-Up tents are very easy to set-up and are typically used as portable shelters for smaller sized events or venues where limited space is available such as sporting events or roadside festivals.
